Why is it that anytime I go here there's never anyone at the registers to take my order? Spend a large portion of my lunch break waiting to have my order taken and am only left with 5 minutes to eat and get clocked back in when I actually get my food

Like Jerry said poor management. Your food was probably bad, and they probably rushed to make it. Sorry to hear that about your experience.

Poor management, scheduling and training issues. It's all in the training, literally to include management training.
