This place or shall I say this Government office probably like all the rest, don’t ever answer nor do they resolve anything. I gotten the same letter 3 times and do the same just as requested. Yet nothing gets resolved. Being disabled and the little I get from here who can live off that then you go get a part time job and it all goes wacky and now I owe …. Thanks Biden:(. And all I want is the fax # to fax something but they won’t answer # frustrated #ssiissues

I felt for the first time in my life, security and i mean a feeling of having a guard by your side. When i won my appeal i was notified that someone from EDD allowed someone to use my social security number. When i spoke with one of the representatives, she said don't worry it will be taken care of! I'm greatful for this office in so many ways!!! Thank you Soto Street Office your number ☝ #1

This place is by far the Worst Social Security Administration office i have ever came to.. There staff is very disrespectful in Not professional, And there Rent a cops are even more of a JOKE. They need a INFORMATION WINDOW Instead of having to ask there gaurd for information. All for a address change, that Never happend on the phone.. Just wow.. Don't come here if you would like to avoid a headache..
