I was in the line waiting to buy a good amount of clothes , while waiting in line I noticed Manager “Sarah” being very rude to a customer on wanting to get store credit on a item purchased on line. I decided not to buy anymore due to that bad service and bad attitude from this so called manager . I decided with to go with Armani exchange instead. Train your employees to find solutions.

Quality shopping experience. The inventory is not what I expected but they have good deals here. Their line has always been a favorite because of the attention to detail. Not a large selection but very nice evening wear. Sadly no abundance of accessories and what little they had was a bit higher priced then other shops. Good customer care and checkout is very friendly.
