Called their number hoping for an agent to clarify me about a certain requirement for filling out my SSN form, waited 5minutes and immediately just got hung up on. Rude service Update: Went there and had a black guy named Bobby as my security officer. Made me wait 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and had major attitude issues. Asked him a simple question and he responded very rudely and asked me to “wait and chill out.” Then he complained that I didn’t have a signature on one of my documents and I pointed out that it was there, and he still insisted that he wasn’t going to accept it. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. Guy needs more training and better people skills.

These people are so rude over the phone they will hang up on you and won’t answer when you call back. I ask them for their names and they won’t give it to you I called back to speak to an supervisor they gave me the run around Im so hot right now

Had the Asian social security male employee he is very unprofessional (forgot to get his name), he was very rude and even threw the papers I had given to him across the counter, I asked him a simple yes or no question and he acted very rude. when he called another employee the other employee had good customer standards and it took him less than a min to help me out this made the Asian worker mad and he even yelled across the counter saying if I wanted to take this outside..
