I went today to drop off papers. From the last time that I was there apparently there is a new process to enter the building. Everyone lines up outside in the sun and a select number of people are allowed to enter at one time. The rest of the people stand outside in the sun. There is no shade and only six to eight seats for the elderly or infirm. Today was awful. it was 83 degrees and it was not pleasant standing in the blazing sun. This issue needs to be addressed ASAP. I finally left in desperation. My previous experience with this office was very positive. It wasn’t perfect but the workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. The system worked. This new system is not customer friendly and needs to be addressed immediately.

Prior to my visit at this office I read the reviews and was not thrilled at all. However, my visit at this office was nothing like the comments say. The only thing I did have a bit of problem with was parking. Since there are many local businesses alongside parking may be a bit of a hassle. The person who assisted was not rude at all. She was very helpful, nice, and had great customer service etiquette. Throughout the time I waited for my number to be called I did realize there where rude persons being helped. I came to understand there that it’s not that there are rude people helping and that it is mainly the other way around. The people who work there in many cases where trying to calm down rude and loud individuals who to begin with did not have all the paper work required to have their request processed. In conclusion, if you want your process to be done fast make sure you take all of the paperwork required. All the information is on their website and if you have any questions they do have a number you can call so that you can ensure you have everything you need prior to going.
