When I came there the dark skinned black ladies with braids had such a horrible attitude when i got there she did not acknowledge me until minutes later . I came there to get my daughters birth certificate when she told me to look at it to make sure it’s correct made me believe that if it wasn’t that she would change it . She told me that I need to send it to Baltimore to get it fixed . Since she put the wrong age of my boyfriend on the certificate I asked her to change it she would not do it at all , which made me upset . This is my first time using you guys services and I am not pleased .

man I called these people to get my blood test results .. i called them 20 mintues before they close and they kept me on hold for the whole 20 mintues like that's so unperfessonal and lazy! not great customer service AT ALL !!

Only Maryland birth certificates/certificate of death...the cost for each copy is $22. Hope this was helpful
The health department on east main st only does mental health and substance abuse. The other health department behind the hospital does other stuff like std checks and pregnancy stuff. Not really sure about all of their services
