very bad customer service, if you buy something new they sell you an insurance that supposedly covers you for any imperfection, which is a lie, the insurance is simply to get more money out of your wallet. no one is responsible, they only tell you to throw away what you bought and buy us a new chainsaw because the insurance is not going to solve anything for you and if you are not going to buy then get out of my store. That happened to my cousin at the Salisbury MD store.

Parts for John Deere are expensive, in some cases are not John Deere produced but other manufactured parts in John Deere boxes. Outside of that, they normally have about everything or are quick to get it.
