ownership/management change has resulted in steep decline in quality and care of this once healing sanctuary. "dr. kim" has manic behavior, screaming at clients, disorganized, and lacking empathy as a supposed dr. prices for day soak have doubled almost since covid, yet the facilities remain in shambles, cold pool or steam room constantly not functioning, hot pools usually covered with oils, dead skin and hair from humans not bathing/showering properly before soaking. all in all this place has gone from healing to dealing, fancy, superficial skin care and laser treatments, aimed at the wealthy/affluent celebrity clients rather than the average person who just needs the waters to heal. for a much better experience, go to desert hot springs and soak in one of the many mineral rich geothermal pools as I have been doing since departing ways from this place.

I never leave reviews, and even after the mess that was the experience at this place I told myself I wouldn't leave a review. But now almost a week later I am STILL dealing with them. The short version is they scheduled us for the wrong time, tried to convince us to take the new time, promised they wouldn't charge us since we couldn't get the service at the later time (words directly from the manager), continued to charge us anyway, then made me jump through unheard of ridiculous hoops to get a refund on a service I never received. I had to call back three times, send emails, and was treated with so much attitude from the employee who tried to convince me they cant give refunds without the physical card...(ok but you can charge the card without it???) which obviously proved to be untrue after further questioning. They also made me send screen shots of my bank statement, what on earth? On top of that the place is dirty, not maintained, people walk through the wet spa area with their shoes on, no robes provided, one communal hair brush with hair on it, amenities were Costco size pump shampoo/conditioner, used hair-ties in the shower area and signs and random items exposed throughout. Its a shame to see a location with so much potential run so poorly. Needless to say I left there much more stressed out then when I went in. highly highly discourage anyone from putting themselves through it.

The ladies specially Maria treated me so nice. The check in is super easy. You can bring your bikini if you don't want to be completely naked. 😉
