Clean spa, but...... the pool has been closed since covid first began..... they still have their covid policy in place...... why??? This is so silly and dumb, the pool is what makes this spa special, very dissapointed.... at least Wi Spa offers a nice included gym. Edit: The #5 multi protein plate cost me $25 with little to no meat and rice, delicious for sure, but tiny portion for the price, go for bowls instead, plates don't offer much.

Don't lose jewelry here, when you see the cleaning staff pick it up you can't ask them to give it back bc they "don't speak English". And the cleaning man will mop over you while you're in the saunas. Other than that, pretty chill. Not giving 1 star bc the chef is nice.

The spas are great when they’re open. The staff is so-so. But honestly, you’re not paying what a venue like this could charge so limit your expectations on service. Speaking of, they have a bunch of good services and treatments. And the food and drink are usually pretty good. Oh yeah! Exceptional views from after dark.

This spa is very clean and beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and helpful. My scrub and massage was perfect just the right amount of pressure. I was able to easily communicate with the lady my appointment was with and I really appreciated that.

Yeah, parking is free. Earlier this month when we visited, the parking lot was full, so the only parking available was valet, the guy said it was 2 dollars. So i guess as long as you can park yourself, its free. There are also parking meters on the side, though.

Admission $20, get groupon coupon...front desk staff are cold and not very welcoming but the amenities are great. I got the full package(all amenities, body scrub, hair wash with deep conditioning, and full facial with facial and body massage) for $120 minus $20 for spending over $100 + tip. It was worth it! Oh and free parking.

Is that a question? Or is there more to that? The price did go up to $25 per person and some of the staff is pretty rude. Just be aware that they are not nice that much
