Every single staff member was incredibly kind and I really don’t ever want to go to another salon to get my hair done. I loved all the staff, even the ones that didn’t do my hair. They were kind and interacted with me with respect and made me laugh so much. Very friendly and knew exactly what I wanted

Came here yesterday for a Headspa hair growth treatment and Milbon treatment. I absolutely recommend! Before and after photos are taken of your scalp and you can see a tremendous difference whether in hair goo of not washing properly, scalp being clogged, or like myself- my scalp was red at the pores due to stress (hormonal imbalance). First time going here and it was such an amazing experience. I recommend booking with Ami! Ami is the biggest SWEETHEART! So much experience and just made the session sow worth it. Explaining each process, etc. And I’m very talkative so it was great to have a beautiful conversation with her, although the head massage had me slipping away into mini snoozes here and there. I will definitely be returning once Ami comes back from her vacation time! I would put 20 stars if I could, my hair is still soft from the treatment, no tangles, and has not become greasy at all today. My head still feels well rested and light. When I went in yesterday I was so tense and my head felt tight from all the stress but the headspa really helped to calm me down and feel at ease. Thank you Ami! Can’t wait to reschedule in a few months! Until then, have a great vacation!

I got a keratin treatment here from Cat back in September 2020. Prior to coming in, I had very rough, dry, straw-like hair that would change its shape throughout the course of the day--especially if it was humid outside. My natural hair is wavy, and I straightened it every single day. I felt like I tried everything to improve its texture and to increase its resistance to humidity--deep conditioning treatments, giving up hot tools, expensive styling products--yet nothing was working. When I finally researched keratin treatments, I decided it was worth a shot despite being very expensive. When I first got my hair done here, it was absolutely flawless for the first week (I refused to wash it to try and let it last as long as possible!). My hair actually MOVED when I moved my head (this never happened before), felt sleek, shiny, silky, and people even asked me if I refreshed my color. It was pure magic. After I finally washed it the first time, it was still -way better- than it was before, and it would stay the way I styled it all day--even lasting until the second or third day with minimal-to-no heat use. I went from straightening my hair sometimes multiple times a day (because it never held its shape) to once every few days. It's now mid-January 2021, and my hair still mostly holds its shape throughout the day and doesn't frizz as badly when it's humid outside. I am so glad that it lasted this long despite me washing my hair 2-3 times a week. Cat tempered my expectations a lot and told me to not expect any miracles, but I am grateful for everything that this treatment has given me so far. One thing to mention though is that I've definitely noticed more of my hair falling out when I shower after getting the service done, and I haven't changed anything in my routine. I don't know if this is related to the keratin treatment, but maybe worth mentioning since I have read online that it can sometimes make hair fall out. I have a very thick head of hair so it doesn't matter much to me--maybe worth asking about if it's a concern to you. Parking was difficult to find since their lot was full at the time of my appointment on a random weekday. I got unlucky and even the side streets were full--I had to park a few blocks away. Also, I almost didn't confirm my appointment because I thought their initial text was spam: "we are trying to confirm tomorrows appointment ?!". Oops, maybe expect a text like that if you are booking--definitely not spam! Cat was great though, and I loved the results.
