Worksource is an awesome place with a variety of resources when job hunting. From skill assessments to resume builders to mock interviews.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Their automated phone answers "leave a voice mail" but voice mail says "no voice mail available." Requirement for getting unemployment benefits is a so-called "in-person meeting with WorkSource" but no in-person activity available per WorkSource Lane's own web page. Sure hope that the staff here is better than during last recession where I was threatened more than once with abusive tactics if I didn't agree to apply for jobs 100+ miles from my residence which were not even remotely related to my work skills and over 80% less compensation than previous work. Found job on my own thank heaven - these people are not only unhelpful they are bullies.

Hello Jennifer, yes our lobby is still closed due to COVID-19. Try contacting the Department of Human Services located off Chad Drive in Eugene for computer access.

I have applied for my waiting week. I received a letter I need to come in for some sort of training. Do I need to make an appointment or do I just show up? What times are open for these workforce appointments.

You just need to show up at the office. Being résumé and any relevant paperwork with you.
