We just bought a TV from James Van Acker and he was great. He took the time to explain everything in great detail. He went through all of the different brands and all of the differences between each one. We highly recommend Video only when shopping for a new TV.

Helpful staff and fantastic prices! David helped me get speakers for my record player which work and sound great. They beat big box stores in every category. When me and my S.O. decide to get a new TV we will be sure to stop by and weigh our options.

No they don't
I just bought a TV there last week and the list price was $2,399 and and they deducted over $400 for the trade-in special and I didn't even have to give them my old TV I just got the discount. Which was really cool because my old TV with 70 in and it's still good and we'll use it for the bedroom so it all worked out for us. Definitely the cheapest play Toontown for high-quality TVs for sure after we did the research.
All I saw, when I walked in, was a huge line up of tvs on every wall and through the middle. So its possible, but unlikely. Try calling first.

No they don't. There is a TV repair on River Rd though
As far as I know they do no repairs. Jim's Electronics used to be the go to place for repairs but I think he retired. There is a TV shop on River Rd that may be able to help. Sadly it may be more cost effective to replace.
They do not sell DVRs to my knowledge. They do sell TV's and other associated accessories. DVRs are typically provided by your local Cable or Satellite provider via an established monthly cost.
