Poor haircut, the lady put no effort in cutting my hair, very rushed even though there was no customers. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she said ok, after she was almost done cutting my hair I noticed my hairshape did not match the picture. When I asked does the haircut match the picture, the lady said I cannot see the picture clearly. Wouldn not recommend Avoid

I was a walk - in, and they had me seated in one minute.. left in a good mood, they gave me exactly what I wanted with my look. Wish I could give more stars to Jose and his afternoon team..Good place to get a haircut, hair wash, color, whatever you need, if you are in the downtown area of Los Angeles.

Alma always does a great job with my hair. She periodically checks in w me to see if I’m okay with what she’s doing. I trust her and let her do whatever she thinks is best and i always come out looking great. She’s so funny and entertaining to boot! I’ve actually had a few different stylists there cut my hair ; Kim and Jose are also great stylists. There’s also the gentleman in the corner who had green hair - I forgot his name - but he took his time to make sure my hair looked right. U can’t seem to go wrong with any of these four. And all you have to do is call in like an hour ahead and u can get your haircut ASAP. I’ve since moved out of DTLA, but I’ve had one bad haircut from the local place here and I went running back to Supercuts. I’m never going to another hair place again.

$30 men's haircut (fade). What can I say, it's convenient. They are friendly. I have been there many times and never seen anyone be mean expect the front desk girl one time called me out on my tip being low. I wasn't happy with my haircut, what can I say. With regards to my fade, maybe my hair isn't meant to have a fade. I will still need to get this redone.
