My grandfather lived here for more than 10 years I think and the management has just gone down in quality. Again maintenance doesnβt do their jobs and my grandfather would be without hot water to shower sometimes, my mom said one of the security at the door is very rude (apparent he was very nice years ago when the seniors there would hire him to fix computers and stuff but as soon he got a permanent cushy job there his attitude turned) but another one is very nice. They used to have cafeteria where they offered lunches and dinners, all gone.

My parents are living in this community for more than 10 years. Living is just the average due to a location and living space is very tiny. The worst part is the maintenance department who just ignore to these seniors in need. Hate to say this but especially a handyman Salvador Hernanadez and other guy, aka J are the worst. They are racist and no show a respect to elders. They respond to inquiries like a trash, and treat these seniors like a homeless. I really wonder they have zero respect to their own parents... its sad and frustrating to see how this popular place for seniors has a dark side.. just for some not well trained workers.
