There are 2 clinics on Staten island 111water St. & sequinge Ave off hylan blvd .111Water is the sister or brother to the south site clinic on seguine.sorry I dont know the exact address of seguine but you can ask google.
Yes it is open this is not the correct phone number they have updated it recently to a different phone number it's718 2264990 it's only open till 2 p.m. so right now it's closed call in the morning tomorrow it is open till 12 p.m. the reason you have no answer is from a change of phone number try 718-226-4990 you will get through on that number
If you're a good patient i.e. clean(ish) and the counsellors like you, they'll get you switched in 2 weeks. Happened to someone I know.
