Front desk made me reschedule my appointment for a month later, change my PCP, to call me and say that they don't accept my insurance. How can you waste peoples time like this? Tried to tell me NO ONE in the NYU network takes my insurance, meanwhile I see numerous doctors in the NYU network. Might make a formal complaint.

I was a patient at this Facility for a while.... Dr. Charitable was my Doctor..... Every time I've been to see this doctor...nothing was ever done to help my medical situation concerning the problems I had with my legs.... Then I lost my insurance due to covid-19 When I contacted This doctor's office on August 12,2022 to get a letter for my job explaining I have a medical problem with my legs, He refused to give me a letter for my job unless I do a follow-up appointment with him to bill insurance that I no longer have because of Covid-19
