I am really sorry to say not only should you expect to wait interminably but any questions or concerns you may have will have to be answered by the handful of phone operators too busy taking non-stop calls to answer any questions you may have regarding a simple matter like why am I getting rejection letters from my insurer stating they cannot provide the denture you had all your bottom teeth extracted for because, after repeated requests, they failed to receive them.

I have never had that problem unless there's an emergency happens and yes I've been on hold for maybe 30 minutes and that's too long but we have to start complaining to the supervisor or maybe we need to start a petition I'll sign and I'm sure alot of people will We Matter Too!!!

Last week when I tried phoning, I was at "queue position 17." I waited 1 1/2 hours and then gave up. This week, I phoned and was at "queue position 8" and thought, great I won't be holding for long. I waited for over 3 HOURS!!! No exaggeration. I started at 9:15 am and by 12:18 pm I was still on hold, stuck at "queue position 3" for about 45 mins. I finally gave up. (I kept waiting and waiting, thinking someone was definitely about to pick up.) Disgraceful, unprofessional and disrespectful of others to have such a bad record for phone appointments.

Everyday that they're open. But exercise patience. But you can't get controlled substances by a walk-in appointment. Just thought I'd mention that. But they have great people and if you treat them nice, you'll be taken care of!

You can walk in and become a patient for health care, counseling, or dental care. As for dental care Im not sure you'll get treated on the same day. A physical is provided but not as a walk in. You would have to schedule an appoinment by calling through telephone with someone from the front desk. Call or stop by and check if your insurance is covered.
