I have been a patient here for 11 years. The staff is supportive, dedicated, committed to providing quality service. I am very pleased with my doctor and her nurses and support staff.I have nothing but the hoghest respect for Union Health Center. The best piece of advice is to leave the attitude at the door and listen to their advice.Your experience will be much better. Trust that emergencies happen with patients while in the doctor's office which may require more time with a patient. Be a patient patient. We're all doing the best we can at this time.

Doctor caroline Coicou is very lazy. She never want to see you. She prefer phone calls. And when she does sees you in person she doesn't do anything else than to tell you that you're stressing. I ask her myself to see the neurologist. She said it wasn't really necessary. I insisted. Did an MRI and happened to be that I have problem with my fifth cranial nerve. I asked her for constipation pills. She gave me candida vaginal cream. This doctor is unprofessional.

The people in this health center are so rude especially the ones behind the phones. Rude, unprofessional and don’t care at all about people! Worse experience ever. They just treat you like trash. Trying to see my doctor because I’m so ill for about a week and some rude set of people picking up the phone talking shabishly and hanging up the phone on me. You all are pathetic!
