The care facility was very clean and neatly organized. The staff were simply spectacular, so pleasant to deal with, and so polite. I loved every minute being there.

The worst customer service . I was calling to make an appointment and nobody there speak spanish. Really?? I don't understand if month ago I was asking anybody there speak spanish ? They told me : Yes and now not ?? What ??
