Si pudiera darle 0 se los diera, mal servicios, hoy fue mi 1er dia y el Ultimo fui por appointment con la doctora crespo mi appointment era para la 9:10am y eran casi las 11am, llamo a otra que se habia registrado despues de mi y no me llamaban, luego me llamo otra doctora que no era la crespo y le dije que mi appointment era con crespo y me dijo que la doctora no me iva a poder atender que ella le habia dicho que me atendiera ella, si Tengo appointment con una doctora como es que ella manda a atenderme otra? Yo con un dolor malisima y la doctora hay y no me podia atender? Me fui para mi casa con Todo mi dolor... Inrresponsable no le recomiendo esta clinica a nadie, mal servicio y si me pasa algo sera culpa de esta clinica. If I could give him or give them, bad services, today was my 1st day and the last I went by appointment with doctor crespo my appointment was for 9:10 am and it was almost 11am, I called another who had registered after me and they did not call me, then another doctor called me who was not the curly one and I told her that my appointment was with the curly one and she told me that the doctor was not going to be able to attend that she had told her to take care of me, if I have an appointment with A doctor, how is it that she sends another to attend to me? Me with a terrible pain and the doctor is there and she could not attend to me? I went home with all my pain ... Irresponsible I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, bad service and if something happens to me it will be the fault of this clinic. You wait long for everything especially with calling the operator to make appointments I had to switch my doctors office because it’s such a hassle to get in contact with these people Bronx Care needs to do better I wouldn’t recommend

The customer service and is terrible in the clinic. The staff is slow and there is one old women drawing blood in the lab. To have anxiety sitting here for very long makes me want to scream. They need better staff there. People should not have to wait four hours on a doctors visit very slow. To think we are suppose to be seen quickly because of the social distance rule that doesn’t happen at this clinic. They get a thumbs down I will be going back to me doctor in queens.
