If you visiting in the city and need to have a (known) problem addressed on short notice, this is an excellent solution. The front desk, specifically Lisa, was exceedingly kind and Dr. Da Silva was quick, patient, and offered to follow up on tests after the visit. It was not nearly as complex and taxing as expected (1 hour including the walk in wait time, copay $17 and medication $7) so for that I am very grateful. If it were a more complex problem or if there had been any insurance issues I may feel differently, but as it stands I can't say enough good things about the personalities here.

I’m not sure why all these bad reviews but personally I’m very happy with the service. I got a breast check up and an x-ray done and everyone was so helpful and nice,very professional. Not even one of them was moody. Thank God I found a normal health care facility where I feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you NYU and team ❤️

NYU Langone is nothing more than a criminal enterprise merely in business to make money at its patients’ expense. It’s a sick people factory that pits patient against insurance company in order to extract the highest payment despite one’s coverage. Rest assured, though, that the NYU billing department will ‘yes’ you to death while continuing to pursue its pound of flesh — and will place blame on your insurance company as they do so. They will tell you that the Explanation Of Benefits (EOB) determines how they bill you, sidestepping the fact that the claims they submit to insurance companies are incorrect to start with. You, the patient, will be left holding the bag — which is bad for your health! Their billing strategy is attrition and they will win. Avoid NYU Langone like the plague!
