Have very good doctors and nurses. However, I cannot say the same about their EKG technicians. While running the machine, My EKG Tech paid more attention to her cell phone than to the EKG machine. In the end, she walked away without saying a word and with the tapes still attached to my body. NYU Langone, you can not hire undisciplined people for critical jobs. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!

The service is horrible , they make you wait for over an 1 hr to be seen. Medical assistants are rude . No professionalism about the staff. This my second time having a point to see the same doctor for routine appointment. I have to wait an 1 hr. I do not recommend this clinic.

Amazing staff and doctor. I was late for my appointment and they still gave me the chance to get checked. Dr Gary Ho was very knowledgable, friendly, made me feel like he cared about my health. Answered all of my questions and ordered more bloodwork to investigate more about my issues. I am truly grateful and would completely recommend him. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Facility is very pretty and clean.

Yes. There are free outpatient places distributed, for taking the Covid test. You don't need to have an appointment.
