This place is a clown store. They lost the documentation for my physical and put the job I have lined up in jeopardy. They are still doing things in the 20th century here with paper system instead of a computer. Forget that I waited for hours before I was seen, it's the unprofessionalism, lack of accountability and an environment where they will seemingly hire anyone to work behind the desk there despite their incompetence (they lack the basic ability/intellect to even look into your file to see if your documents are there or not). Although I don't doubt there are people who did have real, tangible positive experiences here, most of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake. And there's little to no reviews in between 1 to 5 stars so that should tell you all you need to know about them faking the reviews.

The worst place ever to go to. Waited for 3 hours + to be called in and people who came later kept going in to do there drug test while i just sat there. I asked few times that what is going on they kept telling me you are next. 1 person working in the lab and so many clients waiting outside to be called. They do not call you in, they work sooo slow it feals like 40+ mins for 1 client.

yes, as part of protocol, unless a direct observation is required, the door is closed for the donors privacy.
DOT screenings are done 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
No appointment for. Employment testing, however I hope I never have to go back to that place. I went there for pre Employment testing. I had to go back to take the test again, because the staff over there (some how) messed up on my urine samples. Who does that?
If they knew you were coming for that specific shot, perhaps they could have it ready....

No this place is not set up for that kind of service it mostly tends to on the job injuries and accidents usually for airport employees. They do not tend to kids please go to emergency room or urgent care facility
They are open 24 hrs,you can during the day,no appointment need it
