Racist services. The people were rude, and disrespectful on the phone. Made the process of getting a social impossible.

Not enough employees, only 4 windows open. It was a problem inside the office and they wasn't letting people in, and a security officer went out to explain why the delay, and assuring we will be let in, and yes, we was in Office is enforcing the use of mask, I didn't have one, and they provide it.

Can't walk in and no one paid to answer the phone at Vine St Hollywood SS office? On hold for 18 minutes each time then drops out. Never answer. What's the point. Keep blaming covid for not answering. Other offices answer but you have to be in the zip code. Pathetic!

Vey very poor service. That is a big shame. They want you to call to make an appointment before coming in. But you call no one answer the phone, What kind of service is this?????🙄

You might be able to be her payee. Then just transfer to her bank.
I believe so; at the building they had a sign with QR codes directing to various aspects of their online services.
They're open for walk in now

Bella Hirsh and I Moshe Hirsh, asking for our income monthly benefits, needed for Section 8 Offices until 3/15/2022; Approximately 10 day's ago I Moshe Hirsh I was in touch with an a representative of your office and the answer was that we will gate between 5-7 business day's letters for this matter. We didn't received anything, so please arrange an emergency appointment for today at your please on 1122 Wine St. Hollywood. Thanks for your cooperation.
U can call the office directly. The 800 number is a call center.
You have to go through a metal detector, with 3 armed security guards. If they don't let it through, you will have to leave. Do you really want to take a chance ??
You will get at the same time you are requesting at not cost
You can call or go to the office. If you go to the office, you will receive your letter that day. The wait depends upon what time of day you go there. Best times are at opening and after 2pm. They close at 4pm.
You will need to provide a valid photo ID like a State ID, Passport and/or Birth Certificate
They won't give you a print copy of your SS card they mail you a new one from back east takes a couple weeks
You can also see all of that online by registering to My Social Security.
I would notify them, just in case. I don't know if you can do it on their website, though.
