Interesting experience to say the least. Everything ended up working out quite well in the end. I bought a helmet off the site, right after I purchased it I started reading a ton of bad reviews about orders not being processed other customers unable to get ahold of anyone through phone.. I was def worried that I bought my helmet off the wrong site and was preparing myself for the headache to come to get a refund.. I tried reaching out and calling myself to check these concerns, it was true no one picked up the phone.. I ended up leaving a voicemail explaining that I just want to be sure my order will be sent to me. The next day, shipping label was printed and I received the order within a few weeks. I was totally paranoid and worried with all the bad reviews but I personally didn't run into any problems with my order besides them not picking up my call or reaching back to me. But none the less I received my helmet and was happy camper. I've read that they were having issues with orders due to them switching something internally on their ordering system, could explain the reason most of the negative reviews. Overall I had a good experience and would purchase off their site again.

Been here a few times. Very big in stock selection of parts. Decent bike inventory. Dealer mark-ups are a dream buster. DO NOT TRUST THE INTERNET QTY ON HAND FOR PARTS. IT HAS FAILED ME 2/2 TIMES. but the parts desk is super knowledgeable.

Good company, good reviews for the most part. Now for the bad part. Ordered a battery for my Harley 3 weeks ago checking order status and it is still in processing.. Wow I live in Colorado and need to be in Arizona next week on the bike.. Well they have my money and maybe that is all they are concerned about is getting money and not worried about purchase and the wait time on there web site ( I think it said 3-5 business days to ship). Don't call the 800 number multiple times I have waited 15 minutes on hold until it automatically hangs up.

I just received my second set of tires from Chaparral. Nobody can beat their prices. I showed the shopping cart to my local ATV shop and asked if they could match the price. Their response was they couldn’t even come close. To top that it’s free shipping! I ordered this last set on Monday. They were delivered Wednesday. They also have an awesome selection.

Yes its impossible to make it by 7pm. You guys need extended hours. I day of the week being open til 9 is not enough
Yes these guys are very busy and understaffed. The parts department is still open and the sales department is open but by appointment only right now. It helps to get a quote online to purchase something if you would like to speak to somebody. They are open Tuesday through Saturday though for walk-in. Sometimes there's lines sometimes there's not. I've been shopping there a lot lately to get ready for the holiday That's why I know this stuff.
Chaparral does offer a price match guarantee and that goes for over the phone as well. Just tell the salesman where you found it cheaper and they will take care of it for you and ship it.
Try Honda Yamaha of Redlands!
The reasons for them not being able to repair or work on anything 10 years old or older is because they lack the knowledge in it after Dave's brother passed away and his wife Sonny stopped having anything to do with chaparral Motorsports Dave has destroyed the company he quit buying stocks in bike companies to have them on the show floor and started using ssr's a cheap Chinese knockoff. Your best bet is to take it to a mom and pop bike shop because they will repair it properly and not over charge you. My brother bought a brand new 2001 Honda rebel from them he changed the oil regularly around every 1500 miles he was on his way home from Disneyland one day the engine seized and I had to pick him up we took the bike back down to chaparral they said that he failed to do the maintenance process even though he had receipts and proof that he always oiled it they refused to repair it and when they gave us the engine back it came in a giant bag with the wrong pistons and wrong engine casesides
Hmmm. It's almost as if they are parts guys and not mechanics......

Have not called them in about 4 years since I was on hold for longer than it took to drive there, I was still on hold when I walked through the door and I live 30 min away. Just testing their service I guess. But honestly there is no substitute to being there. Yes, they are busy but for a moto fan this is the candy store. It is really good for your health just being there. Let's try to invest in life experiences. Say no to the rat race.
You mean the Fan Switch or possible the Fan Relay. It may be that the fan is burned. Pass back in Service department. Good luck.
Like any other retail shop, you'll need to call or visit their website. I prefer to call and have someone put their hands on it before agreeing to buy it.
Why would you want to mount a motorcycle on your phone?
It is $241. It is not in stock.
Yes it is the same place. They recently opened a parts distribution center there to better serve those west of the Mississippi.
There inventory is always off. And phone lines are insane they tell you to leave a message and I never call you back. Luckily I live very close and I went in and took care of my issues. I only go there when I have to. Its better go to Rocky Mountain or motorsport.com
You are right. I have better luck using there websites chat button. But I had to write a letter for them to call me.
I placed a simple in store part order for my motorcycle they said it should be ready in 5 days, well its been 3 weeks and 2 frustrating trips at the store since they never answer their calls. I finally decided to go and order the part from another store and I got it in 2 days!!! I dont think i need to say more.
You have to go in, or email and some one well call you back.
Go through the selection to the fast parts and or go to order parts you'll get to talk to somebody
DO NOT BUY A CHAPARRAL GIFT CARD !! They take your money and produce a gift card super quick but when you try to redeem it their system is down and you're stuck with a worthless piece of cardboard you can't redeem and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone. WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD
Sundays are closed
They have a shop at the south end, so i am pretty sure they do.
Mask's and social distancing
I think they don't have very good customer service at all I don't plan on buying from them again
They are closed on Mondays
I would just Google get the number& call. Just to be safe. Like a couple weeks ago they were closed on a day it said they were open. Just to be safe cause I was there that day& a guy came from Vegas to find out it was close
Dude I would just order online last time we were there the line was too long for me unless you know what you want and can find it without help
Hi David, Our store is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm. Our store is closed Sunday & Monday. Our parts, accessories, and tire departments are open with limited staff. Boots, helmets and riding gear departments are open to walk-in traffic as well as our Vehicle Showroom. In accordance with the governors guidelines and requirements, customers and staff are required to wear a face covering at all times. We have implemented social distance measures such as limited occupancy in our retail store, designated waiting with marked lines to encouraging social distancing, and protective barriers between staff and customers. We have also installed hand sanitizer stations throughout our store. We hope this information helps! We look forward to seeing you soon!
Sounds like a good idea, but I am not sure whether it will happen or not.
It depends if they have alot of people ahead of you if not they can do it same day
Thay had the oil pan gasket for my 92 niinja
Yes you can!
It will come dont trip
Why Don't you just get in California
There are open most over the time..
You should get your money back in 24 to 48 hours it's cause it goes through as an order then is canceled
No
Jose is correct. They do take trade ins.
Yes
I have no idea who manages, but I do know they have different departments. So put your app. In and check it out.
Mainly at a KTM dealership but I would call the accessory department.
Yes, they need to be in real good condition and so they can be resold Redlands Honda also. 6 th & Redlands Blvd
You need to call the parts department, I only work on HD
No
I do
Huh?
Well chaparral doesn't make the brand they just sell and maintenance them... your beef is with Can Am... or should be under some kind of warranty? If you bought it new
Nope
Awwwww how will they ever live without your $329.95!?!? They must go out of business all because they wouldn't change everyone's hours to accommodate you. Poor karen
Yes they do and if they dont have it in stock they can order it for you
yes dont be afraid of taller bikes theres things that can be done to lower them a bit they also settle a bit after you break them in
Like a Civic?
As soon as the ignition switch comes out and the key for the gas tank will also work
looked open to me as i was just there checking out tires
You'll need to wait 90 days before you pay it off or Chaparral will NOT get their share of commission off the financing.
They can
I would think you would have to...
No
No
Curious why you don't make a claim with the BB. Social media is very contagious. I loved the service I received from them. Never had an issue. I'd test drive it before you sign off the service if they are going to treat you like that next time.
9am
They have it all!
Hello! I can't assure you they have Suzuki parts. You would have to send an email and consult. Sure they have Yamaha and KTM, why buy them some things! ... Search successes. Cheers
I don't have a clue but I'm pretty sure they do they have everything or can get it
No, we do not repair jetskis or watercraft.
Chaparral is a certified dealer for Honda and would be able to take care of your recall. Just give them a call first to ensure the parts are in stock or available to order before going in.
Bummer. When you post questions on Google maps it goes to the public, to people who have visited the store, not to the store itself. Sometimes it helps to complain at the bbb, and try calling the store again tomorrow during regular business hours. Good luck with your stuff.
They have a special lines at the parts department for special order or on line parts pick up
Get an android
Sunday is a bad time for most retail
Chaparral is a clothing store. With a few motorcycle items. Plenty of real motorcycle shops in the area.
Hell no, they will charge you an hour of labor, which is 90$ I believe. Inland Atv will do it for 20$ if you bring the rim and tire.
Most definitely the staff there will be happy to help you find the helmet that fits.
They dont have scooter stuff just dirt bike stuff
Tires is not my dept. But if you go to chaparral ( store) san bernardino ask for chris show him a ligit add and im sure he will at least match it
I don't work there. You would have to call them to find out.
Honestly.. if they don't have that brand, they will have something with the same likeness. They have a huge showroom and lots of willing employee's. They will also order darn near anything. I would say it is worth the try.
Yes, we have one of the largest selections of ATV tires in Southern California
Yes every brand and size..plus you will get a 10% discount if you give them your name and email address.. Ask for the discount
They can help get you a new reed. Give the parts department a call.
Yes , but you wouldn't want to do that . Sell it outright...
I don't know about needing a license for mini bike unless it's some kind of off road vehicles etc
They will ship together unless something is backordered
Yeah chaparral has most of the bike parts in the parts department and out on the shelf's.
No
I'm pretty sure that the hours are still 10:00AM-5:00PM
Check the website or call them.
How much does it cost to dump there this time of the year
Petcock is a possibility but you won't know until you take it in to get looked at or follow the leak yourself
