I have buy 2 motorcycles from chaparral motorspors and I have had good experiences, and I'm also a regular customer buying stuff all the time, however the phone service is terrible, they never answer the phone, there's no way to get help over the phone, and is strange because there's a lot of employees I don't understand why they can't answer the phone and help. I normally order things and they have never called me to let me know that the parts have arrived, I have to go to the store and ask to get my parts. Everyone is nice and helpful at the store but the phone service is not good at all, I would love if you guys can change that.

Unfortunately they do slack In picking up the phones I would suggest to go to the store itself better help that way
