Well if you own a house. Then its a 160.00 to turn on your service and they want your escrow paper to see that its final ( you can fax or email this) and they run a credit check. They also charge a 25.00 fee on your first statement. At least this is what they told me. Don't know about renting.

No you still have to pay your water bill, but if you find yourself in hardshippaying your bill look on the website they might help you out
I would call your rental manager and ask. Most places charge a flat fee if you dont have your own water meter for your apartment. Otherwise call the department and ask if your in their service area.
Over a week now that water is using from the ground it appears to be clean and clear water. Here is the address. On rancho Ave in front of 222 S Rancho ave San Bernardino CA. It is a shame all that water going to waist. Please repair immediately L. Vielmann
