Horrible! They check you in. They couldn’t answer my question. I waited 30 mins for them to tell me I have to do everything online. I explained to the permit tech that I called and the woman said I could get the permit in person , and the tech said no I can’t. No one answers the phone!!!!

I truly believe thats what the surrounding communities in isolated areas need. Low income areas can be very untrusting. allowing them the right center will allow the understanding of a safe infustructure. So yes if it's done with that thought in mind. let them know that your thinking of them, because we do care. The right vote would be there vote. Another way ,see what there needs are and bring it to them. My answer is yes if it's done with the thought of bringing a community closer .
It depends on the complexity of the project. I highly recommend talking to a planner, as they frequently modify the process.
