Registered my FBN a couple weeks ago. Publishing is required by law soon after registration, a proof certificate is required to publish, and I still have not received my certificate in the mail. Going to have to visit in person I guess.

Professional all the way through. Any people complaining had no patience. They are more then willing to help in most situations, as long your patient. They also explain that appointments have priority, so walk-ins need to be patient.

https://sbcountyarc.org/ Then call during business hours to schedule an appointment. Might be 2 weeks out. I needed mine sooner so I showed up, waited in my car, called the appointment line, and hope someone missed or was done early on their appointment. Got helped within half an hour.
