Do not go to the San Bernardino County Veterans Affairs Office. My wife of forty years was dropped as a dependent. I called and was told to bring a marriage certificate. I was told the computers were down on that Friday. They called on Tuesday but I missed the call. After several calls, back and forth I went back in person. I was told the original person I spoke to did not work there. Theresa was the last person I spoke to. She had a very nasty attitude and did not want to help me. I was told to go to the Los Angeles Office.

I will like to say that the staff is professional and very helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me filled out multiply forms.Every time I went there i only waited 10 to 15 min to be seen. They provide exellent service to veterans, in my opinion. MY FAMILY AND I APPRECIATE ALL THEIR HELP.
