I would rate 0 if I can. Took their rapid rt-pcr at 9 am and was supposed to get my result within 2 hours but they were late by 6 hours, still with no result. Called 6 different times and no one did actual help. Spent $300 and my time for nothing but mental anguish.

Very fast and very efficient with both testing and results. They have rapid and PCR tests and a slew of other types of testing available. You do have to pay out of pocket, up front for most of their tests and they are not cheap, but they do give you the documentation necessary to submit to your insurance or other reimbursement entity. I paid over $120 for a rapid test but it was worth it to me not to have to stand in some of the other lines for free testing that take hours. This took all of 20mins and it's a drive thru deal so i was in the comfort of my car instead of standing in line for hours in front of/behind 100's of other people who may/may not have COVID.

Please read...if you do not have an appointment you still need to register through the website for a future date and get in the no appointment line for same day covid testing. However the appointment line is priority so the non appointment will have to wait for a long period to get tested and trust me, we were like the 6th car waiting (non appointment)and yet we were there for over 3 hours. I really don't recommend for any non appointment to wait after 20 cars you will be here all day....they should have signs and better instructions so people are not wasting there time and waiting.

There is no such thing as an appointment here. Show up 4hrs before your appointment time if you want to make it. Had an appointment at 1430 paid $75 arrived at 1400 they sent me to the back of the line at least 100 cars waiting they close at 1600 stop line even if you been waiting at 1545. Wonder if they'll refund my money since my appointment was not honored. They have no intention of honoring appointment you are just like the non appointments, and sent to the back of the line. But their policy says I'm Guaranteed to be seen same day if I have an appointment.
