I tried to rent a cement mixer over the course of 2 days the first day I did what was asked they required a 24 hour notice, I did so when I showed up my vehicle was not capable of pulling a mixer. Mind by vehicle is meant for hauling. No one ever asked or advised prior I opted to pay for delivery instead since they would not allow for me to pick up , Unfortunately that needed another 24 hour notice. So I booked for the next day after I got another vehicle that meet the specifics that they wanted. I show up today and to my amazement these STUPID IDIOTS.. Double booked and they already rented out my Mixer!!!! Please do not use these people they have poor customer service and use garbage excuses!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible !!!! Horrible!!!
