Frances is very friendly and inviting which attracted me to the community. She was so helpful and patient through the application process. She responded timely to emails and calls. I have resided here for 3 months now and the experience has been positive. The office and maintenance staff are helpful. All of my work orders have been responded to immediately. The unit was in excellent condition when we moved in, but of course a few minor things have needed attention over the weeks. The community is clean and quiet. Neighbors keep to themselves. I would recommend Acacia Park to anyone looking for an apartment home.

I go there often to visit a friend. I went in to the office one day to make an enquiry, had the pleasure of speaking to Jarod. He was very polite, helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and show me available apartments. I did not rent an apartment, due to other circumstances. But, just wanted to let the company know what an asset you have in your employee!

I've been living here for the past 4 years now, at first it was kool then a change happened in management a few times. During the 2020 shut down due to COVID19 THERE HAS BEEN a shift in management again . Tara is the new manager and I know she is doing the very best she can for the tenants here at Acacia park apartments. She is cleaning up the mess that was left behind. The whole team is super nice and they care about the well being of the people who live here. They greet me by name and check in on me too make sure everything is OK. No one is perfect this team works together making sure things are going well 😊.

For first time renters, it was a decent place to live at first. When we first moved in, the apartment was not cleaned. It was made to be presentable but not clean. When addressed of the issue, we were told everything was cleaned before we moved in and it in fact was not. There was debris from wall shavings on the carpet, a nail, and nail clippings. We lived here for two years and management was changed 3 times. Each change of management didn’t fix our issues. We had a garage without a motor and was asked to have the problem resolved several times within a year and we’re told we had to pay to get one installed when we were paying for garage rent. Currently they are transitioning companies for the garages, still unclear. The area is not as safe as we had hoped and apartments have been broken into several times. Within our building, four were broken into. It sucks we had this kind of experience while living here but has made us cautious and observant when we moved into our new place. I hope things get better here and make other families feel safe living in their apartment homes.

How much one bedroom rent for a student?

Im a student at CSUSB. At Acacia its $1180 include water total is about $1300 add electricity $80 gas $50. Its alright here while im in University studies . The Glen is a few hundred cheaper but I do not recommend the Glen. They like to raise rent all the time at the glen and there are neighbors there that do not respect student study time, if your ok will smelling weed smoke all the time then ok but not me. There is housing across the street from the University that you can use your financial aide to pay for, they are a little cheaper and nicer for students, there is also housing on campus that is a little cheaper but you will have room mates and I do not like having room mates.
