Worst place to rent. No parking for visitors and manager doesn’t follow her own renting contract. That’s why several renters get up and leave. Because the law protects them from renters like this place. Roach infested place. I had to replace all me electronics including my fridge which was new when I decided to rent here. Horrible place not worth it.

We have roaches no matter what we do. I made maintenance requests and a month later they haven't been filled. They don't answer the phone when you call. The only positive here is that it's cheaper than my last place. If you're needing to move, make this your last resort.

I lived here from June 2013 to October 2016. When I left, Adriana refused to take me off of the lease. I did not know that, as a victim of domestic violence, from my ex who I was leaving an apartment with, that if I had written a letter accompanied by a verification from a pastor, counselor, etc. that I was indeed being abused. Oh well... The ex moved out in June or July 2017 when the lease was up. Fast forward to today when I opened up a letter notifying me I am in collections along with my ex (unreachable and homeless) and his mom - who is almost an angel and helped us rent the place to begin with - to the tune of nearly $6000. Neither me or his mother, despite having perfectly usable mailing addresses, ever received ANYTHING letting us know they wanted about $5500 ON TOP OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT THEY KEPT for the damage to the unit caused by my abusive mentally ill ex. Who did kind of screw things up. But not even $7000 worth of damage. Maybe $2000-$3000 worth of damage max. And besides that, why did we not hear a peep from them until collections? I've just been improving my credit score and now all that will have been in vain. And note that Joy, the last reviewer on here, was charged over $2200 after leaving her apartment immaculate. So, if you are denied the privilege of renting from this completely horrible place (all the other negative reviews are true...roaches galore, cars broken into/vandalized, pools you can't swim in, gate always breaks, etc.) maybe God is mercifully sparing you from something unpleasant.
