However the Rental process is a kind or long.. prepare for tap dancing and a few excuses. We came and saw an apartment we like the apartment we filled out the application and gave her the rental check Money the same day. We had cash in hand and we were ready. We called a week later. we called you called we called wr called we called no one answered the phone we even drove all the way from barstow walked to the gate called again no one answered we press the gate code 0000 for office. no one answered but theye were in the office. We got let in by a tenet. Finally when we get there some one else was in the office her name was yolada. She said she did turn it in because it was missing paper work. She would send it in once she got it. Ah ok... no one called to tell us but we faxed it in same day. It cost 25.00. Another week later the other girl answered said she didnt submit anything because they didnt have the number to the apartment we periously lived at. She said she called us..today -_- Its been days.. your suporvisor said last week when we faxed in the remaining info she would submit it. But we know for a fact we added that.. because its important and basic...however we told them the number again... Its been a few weeks. They still havent ran the credit report. They are causing the delay at this point. We are on a time crunch... Still dragging feet... Also they wouldnt give a refund even though they havent ran the credit yet. with that said they really dont know how to ensure that thier applications are compleate before they accept credit check money and or let clients walk out of the office. They litterally do this for a living -_- how do you miss so much.. And you dont you guys communicate? Its this one fault, its that ones.. shes on vacation, I was on vacation.. These are the basics. Communation. Update: So we came to down to the office from barstow to drop off the deposit. Even though they made the appontment we didnt get to see them untill after 2 becuase they were having a meeting at the same time. Then they decided to have lunch at the same time. Once we were finally seen we realized they didnt have the paper work procssed and based on her going over it with us they wernt sure how. But they did ask for the deposit. We were on a dead line. From a tenets end processing the paper work shows you'r serious about renting.. from thier end tenets having the deposit shows them the tenet was serious. We asked to give the deposit once they submited the paper work since it was so close just a few days. We had cash but were on dead line.. in to week 3. They called 2 days later to deny the application after it was approved. Plus side we got the 25.00 credit check back.
