The staff is friendly, by which I mean the librarian Andrea is really nice. Lina on the other hand is a moody old woman, I would just go there when she's not there if you need nice friendly assistance.

This is a great service for the community, but be prepared to jump through hoops to get any help. I turned in all of the requested forms and was still not approved on time! They also will call your employer, so be prepared for your personal info and situation to be exposed to your employer (that was slightly frustrating) but the resource is there for those in dire need.
