Eye doctors are nice and will take the time needed for a good exam and vision testing. Employees writing up glasses orders and adjustments are wonderful as well. The reason for 2 stars is sometimes the front counter people are just plain nasty. Several members of my family will not return and decided to get their glasses elsewhere. My experiences have been good but when 2 of 4 are bad there is something wrong.

Super unhappy with these people!! Took my son in for an exam and new glasses on 7/25/22 and was promised his new glasses for 8/8/22. I do understand that sometimes there are delays but it is now 8/29/22 and we still have no glasses!! I've been waiting to speak to a representative for hours!! My husband will be visiting the store later today because I just cant speak with anyone. Make it so we can call the store locations directly instead of wasting my time listening to you automated line!! School is in a week, I'm so disappointed with Davis vision, I'll NEVER recommend them to anyone!!

I was there for almost 2 hours. Didn't even get to see the doctor until I was waiting for 1 hour. I understand they were understaffed that day but when I checked in I even asked about how long the wait was because I would have rescheduled if I knew it would have taken that long. The doctor was not very nice, didn't respond to me sometimes and she was kind of rude. I then had to wait even longer just to check out / pay. I wasn't even getting glasses, just ordering contacts. The woman who checked me out was very nice and helpful.

Worst Davis vision on Long Island. The staff lacks professionalism. They'll whisper remarks about you beneath their breath. The older, chunky, female optician in particular. The tan fellow will even tell you no even before hearing what you have to say. These people should not work around people.
