I had an appointment that was confirmed but nobody was at the store at the time of the appointment. No communication of any cancellation. I called and the manager Monique who is arrogant and said you should have received something but too bad you didn’t. No apology or anything. Very “ I don’t care” attitude. Credibility is down the drain when you have a confirmed appointment but still cannot tell if the stylist will be there or not. Go at your own risk. Shabby management.

My husband and my son had a bad experience, doesn’t look like stylists are well trained. Worst hair cut ever, will not recommend this place to anyone.

Becky is fantastic every single time! Her attention to detail and style is phenomenal, and I am never left feeling like it could be better. She is very kind and talkative, which always makes me feel comfortable and excited to come back time and time again! Even after moving far away for years, I try to make it a point to come see her when I am in town! She is a cut above the rest! (pun intended)
