Sept 2022 update- they jacked the price by almost 50% and would not work with me so I had no choice but to move my things out. I understand a modest increase but not such a big increase- it’s a storage unit not a labor intensive service. Took my review from 5 stars down to 2 due to the price increase and the decrease in their attitudes- not as nice and friendly as they were. Christina made the whole process very easy! She was very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer and not just a number. I chose this storage facility based on the reviews and they are spot on.
