The VA has me come here for orthopedic shoes and inserts. Great staff friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you visit this store if you have orthopedic issues.

As someone who works in public service , I’m on my feet wearing boots for at least 10 hours a day. For a long time I had pain in my feet because of this . After going to Alex’s , They were able to fix my issue and sold me custom inserts as well as a pair of nice leather boots. Now I no longer suffer from pain in my feet after a full day at work! Excellent customer service!

I don't know what sizes they carry but they are awesome making custom prosthetic shoes
I don't know. I bought Pedag insoles for $40, Proper women's waterproof hiking shoes for $99 and New Balance athletic shoes for $169. These were all wide or extra wide. The prices seem competitive to other stores.
