I am coming to the conclusion that the staff is either incompetent or just doesn't care. Why do I have an invoice for Caitlin Howery???? I am using your service because my client, Genesis Dental Lab, Jeff Hayes, recommended you. Perhaps my decision was not the best I could have made.

Dr. Jackie and Tiffany make going to the dentist enjoyable! They are fast professional yet still fun! I’d highly recommend them to anyone with a bad experience at another dentists.

Nice people but both the dentist and the front desk receptionist I had were negligent. I went to get a new crown for the first time after Invisalign, and didn’t bring my retainer. I ask to reschedule so I can bring it next time but the dentist told me it would not be a big deal and proceeded with the procedures. The new crown was fine but my retainer doesn’t fit at all with that crown. Called them and they pretty much ghosted me for a week (they told me they would call back but never did). Wasn’t until my third call after a week, they finally told me to go back so they can fix the retainer issue. But by that point, my teeth have already moved a little due to wearing the not-fitting retainer (they never told me not to wear it). Anyways, just remember to bring your retainer when you get a new crown so you make the same mistake as I did lol. Side story: I overpaid accidentally, so the receptionist told me they would reimburse me via a check and I would receive it in two weeks. However, after waiting for two weeks and not receiving it, I called back and they told me it won’t be sent until my insurance pays the claim, which is totally fine, but I wish they told me that from the beginning so I didn’t have to check my mailbox so frequently for the past two weeks.

Even though we have many patients who have medical that come to our office, we do not accept the medical insurance.
