I have been a patient at Sun River since they located in E.Patchouge. They are aware that I take medical transportation arriving 30 - 45 minutes before my appointment, then not being seen until an hour after my appointment time which adds up to a 2 hour wait. I was just about to walk out when the doctor appeared.After discussing my symptoms, she wrote her recommendation on a paper towel? Highly unprofessional and somewhat of an insult.I am done with Sun River. The quality of care actually has gone down since moving to the new location by overbooking appointment times.

Got blood test done over a month ago and can't even get results, The code to access my records because the code is for the practice upstate,I'm so done with this sham of a medical facility, I know there is a shortage of medical personnel but c'mon God forbid I have something wrong I wouldn't know...Gth Srh!!

The day is today .. nomore you guys our Dr's... my son was at the er lastnight and result send the our pediatric dr and we didn't get a chance to learn guess what no dr avaliable our dr is in vacations the other dr absence day which is my poor 5 years old still 101.1 .. its ridiculous 😒 even one star so much in your system ..
