Manager's aggressive dog was not properly restrained and attacked a guest's dog who was restrained. Comped the room and will pay the vet bills, but why would you not restrain the dog if you have to have it with you at work? Absolutely not okay as that's dangerous for everyone.

Pros: impeccable accommodations! Everything is extremely clean and the whole place smells pleasantly clean (not Fabulouso) Cons: they cut corners in the wrong places 😟 super small towels that do not dry an adult. Wi-Fi is not existent (see pic) barely 1 Mbps. When we mentioned it to Lynne she said: “use your data” “it’s Umatilla, that’s the best you get”. Well, the coffee bar next door (less than 50 feet away) gets over 100 Mbps. TV provider doesn’t work. Freezes so audio is not in sinc with the picture. Totally annoying because the audio for the show was still on while a commercial came on. When we mentioned it to Lynne she said: “watch another channel, let it settle (what!) maybe it will fix itself (what??) When you’re on the road and get to your hotel there’s only 2 things to do: watch TV or stream…not at this location. I couldn’t even open an app on my phone!!! 😳 The sheets looked very clean but when I got all the way in bed there were pet treat crumbs and pet hair 😩 (we don’t have pets) Maybe linens from rooms allowing pets should be laundered separately?

Buildings aren't great looking but my room was very nice with a nice bed, a TV with cable channels and a very nice bathroom. Only issue was the shower never got warm in the morning. Staff was very friendly. Coffee in room and free pastry or bar in the lobby in the morning.

We stopped here because it was snowing and the roads were so icy.... I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and seemed updated. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were super soft!! I am glad we decided to go here!
