The community looks nice and the homes air fair but unfortunately the sales staff are not very responsive. They don't answer calls or return messages and when you walk in they meats seem like they're to busy to assist you. I guess that's the nature of the industry when it's sellers market but you would think they would still provide good service.

It's beautiful to live in the foothills. A quiet community with many malls for shopping, eating and entertainment within just a few miles. We love it here. The Lennar Corporation is wonderFul to do business with. They follow up before and after you occupy your home and make sure everything is exactly the way you like it.

Nice homes! Friendly staff! Zero shopping or dining however makes this bedroom community a bit dull.

It's a beautiful place. Nice an quiet. I have to say it's a easy to get lost but not as easy as you might guess seeing as the community is almost a circle. I work in construction there with the new homes and I have to say top notch .

Rosena Ranch has been fully built out. The only homes available now are resales. Or there is Rosena Place which has cluster homes.

It's about 8 miles north of Rancho Cucamonga it's about 3 miles west of the of Cal State San Bernardino it's about 2 miles from the 15 /215 interchange in a quiet area a large community very nice Community with a lot of amenities, near the Glen Helen Pavilion close to recreational areas fishing lakes RV parks a very nice very comfortable area
