I don't even want to give 1 star. I had the great misfortune of being referred here for Nexplanon (birth control). My first appointment was 4/28/21. To this day (11/10/21) I STILL don't have birth control! The office let my first referral expire with no follow-up, it wasn't until I called that I found out it expired. Then next referral, Yvonne stated my insurance didn't cover it. I called both my insurance and the group I'm in and was informed my insurance did in fact cover it but the correct paperwork wasn't completed. I had to call insurance companies myself while waiting in their lobby in order for my stuff to be handled. And was it? No. Then that referral expires. So once the third referral comes around, I've lost complete confidence in Yvonne and her staff. I try to speak to the manager Alicia but she is just as bad as Yvonne when it comes to follow up. If this referral has expired I wouldn't know because no one gets in contact with me. I have birth control for a medical reason and the fact that it's been almost a year trying to get this one little device is unacceptable. They need to hire office staff who is diligent and will actually show concern when a patient is reaching out because they haven't received their needed services. Update: I had to switch Dr's and was held up because IEWC received my device in December and didn't notify me. It's May of 2022 and it wasn't returned to the pharmacy I had to pick it up myself. Ladies save yourself the stress and get referred to a different OB

This place is AWFUL!!! The staff is super slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. You’ll hear them gossip about each other the whole time You’re sitting, waiting to be called. You’ll wait for well over an hour after your appointment time. I Will never take my wife here again. Women, do not go here. Men, don’t take your wives here. They do not deserve any business.

I was referred from Kiaser for an IUD removal , I’m guessing Kiaser Permanente must be short on staff because they never send me out any where . I went to this office the front desk staff were kind and fast the MA who brought me back was also fast , I went in the room the doctor walks in maybe 10 mins later and he just immediately sat down asked if I was trying to get pregnant he dident even introduce himself he was already putting his gloves on he had no conversation with me before hand it was very unprofessional. Mind you I work in OBGYN I know how things SHOULD be going so anyways he just shoves the metal speculum in with no warning it hurt me VERYYY bad I screamed out loud the MA or doctor dident ask if I’m okay or anything it was the worst experience honestly very careless it was fast but VERY VERY painful . He said take prenatal vitamins bye and left I got dressed and was in shock on how horrible it went no one came back to the room I just left out to the exit . DEFINITELY do not recommend going their . I’m also going to let my PCP at Kiaser know to never send me their again .

One of THE WORST doctors and nurses you will ever see. I never post reviews online but this deserves a negative 5 star rating. Do not go here!!! They know nothing and the receptionist and nurses are very RUDE. You wont have any privacy, there will be at least 3 people in the room examining you and you cannot say no. They dont care about you. Their diagnosis did not help me even a little. They just need your money. If you care for your health and your baby, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE choose ANY other place!

Questions & Answers

Do they do ultrasounds there in the same building or do u have to be sent to another office for that? Also how many weeks do u have to be to get first ultrasound?

I don't attend IE Women but i do go to Progressive OBGYN clinic Dr Smalls. It's in the same building and you can go for your pregnancy appointments, you do however have to go elsewhere for ultrasound. The office is great. Heard bad reviews about IE women, wouldn't recommend going there. Hope this helps :)

Hello, where are they located?
