Clean, climate controlled, and cost efficient. Access was secure and easy, though an unlocked bathroom would have been nice. Mine is on an upper floor at floor level no ladder needed, however I sit on floor to see my stuff. I believe my unit is about 2 ft tall I don't think it is 3 ft. But is 3 ft deep and 3 ft wide. If u can pack well u can still get a lot in these!!! Love mine :-)
Well a death certificate is needed for legal reasons because of other people that may have access to the unit.and no nobody lives on the property at all .
