Would highly recommend! The staff (particularly the gentleman named Alejandro) is incredibly kind and helpful. Had a great experience.

Clean, climate controlled, and cost efficient. Access was secure and easy, though an unlocked bathroom would have been nice. More than anything, though, was the help of Alejandro - easily the most professional and accommodating customer service representative I've dealt with. Thank you! Would store with these guys again.

Questions & Answers

Your 3x3 unit, is it 3 foot square, and how tall is the space? Thank you

Mine is on an upper floor at floor level no ladder needed, however I sit on floor to see my stuff. I believe my unit is about 2 ft tall I don't think it is 3 ft. But is 3 ft deep and 3 ft wide. If u can pack well u can still get a lot in these!!! Love mine :-)
