I have not had rats like I’ve been hearing from everyone else, but there were countless baby cockroaches throughout my stay. Oftentimes I would check my pantry and see dead bugs. I called the exterminator; this did not help much as I would continue to see many roaches. One night I was even awoken by the sounds of a house cricket in my closet which I had to kill myself. When washing my dishes small bits of food would go down my kitchen sink and get shot back up through my bathtub. On top of all of this, my rent was very expensive.

If you enjoy living in a home with broken appliances, a lack of support, and is willing to "fix mold" by slapping paint on it, you've come to the right place. Samia Companies is the worst. I have lived in one of their properties for two years now and I cannot wait to leave. Do not rent with them.
