Large Black Army Ants are a huge problem here. After they have come and sprayed twice in the apartment; still they come back. Seems to be no solution to the problem. Possibly natural environment? But me and my family are bit all over our body while we sleep. Very uncomfortable feeling. The Landlords need to fix this issue. Baits and Raid not working. They like being under pillows and cool places. If you put a stack of anything clothes or towels on ground, and ome back in 10 minutes it will be full of ants. They will come from the ground. Small and Large.Otherwise it seems to be very quiet and people are decent. Going upwards.

Loved my experience here at Broadstone. I moved out today and I'm happy to say I loved living here. I loved my apartment it was perfect for me and cozy. My parking was close. I definitely enjoyed my stay and this apartment was withinn my price range. I plan to refer my friends and highly recommend this complex for this area. 2 year lease and loved it!

DON’T MOVE HERE. As of 01/02/19 there are rats in my vents. Woke up to several rat droppings in my hallway and could not sleep all weekend because all I heard was scratching and running in my hallway vent. They’ve been working on making the office and the front sign look updated but everything else is under construction until further notice. That’s been since July 2018. We have to go to the office to get our mail because the mailrooms been under construction since July 2018. It’s a HUGE inconvenience because the office is only open 9-5 and half the time they’re not there or they take forever to acknowledge you once in office because they’re hanging out with the maintenance crew. We have a gym that has all the equipment in it it, BUT tenants can’t use it because they have to change the locks and they don’t have a date for that. Before management changed there was a website portal where we could pay rent, the site has been gone since the change starting July 2018. With that I have to arrange for someone to drop rent off because I need a copy and signature due to the new management messing up and trying to say I was late, when I wasn’t. Super inconvenience because just like they work a 9-5 I work a 9-5. As of today there’s nothing nice about these apartments. Renter beware, the rates are ridiculous for a one bedroom in San Bernardino. Summertime you can look forward to LOTS of ants and roaches. The parking rules have changed and make no sense. The complex has lots of open parking spaces for guest, but with the change of management if you do not have a pass on your car you cannot park in the complex and there is NO guest parking. When asked why? The office couldn’t provide a response.

On the negative: maintenance is slow, very slow,Jacuzzi not always working, and several times i wanted to get in jacuzzi and it was dirty, so i did'nt. I needed to get my apartment sprayed for bugs at least every two months. If not, there would be water bugs and spiders.There are a lot of Ticks in the grass, every time walk my dog she get ticks.If your apartment is not close to the waste bend, then there is a L.O.N.G walk to get there. Be careful putting patio furniture out,because someone stole mines in broad day light. Many people don't have key cards so they just hang out in front of gate waiting for the car behind them to open the gate for them, which really sucks because sometimes it can be 3-4 cars ahead of you and you have to just wait . Also in my parking stall people park too close which makes it hard in get into my car at times. And on the positive side, the apartment is spacious and i have a nice view to the pool, the office personell is very friendly☺
