Update, they must have read review...they called and are going to schedule a patch job maybe even this Monday, will follow up with any news, crossing my fingers. BEWARE!!!! We have had the worst experience with this company. Signed contract on June 2nd, 2022. They sub contracted to AC/DC to install our panels, now large leek in roof,actually like raining in my home, they sent out person to fix leek 2 times still leaking. Now I can't get anyone there to talk to me about getting it fixed. 1st pic Aug 12 when leek started, pic 2&3 Aug 26th & last pic Sept 2. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Panels installed in Feb 2022, NOT up and running in Sept2022. I have had two roof leaks, my attic installation has been wet twice now as well as a light fixture and a pocket door wall. I feel I will be living with mold moving forward. They failed inspection, they fixed that. They couldn’t get the contract through Duke.. still not complete. I am paying both Duke energy and Synergy monthly which is costing more than just paying my electric. They have refunded two months but I shouldn’t have to call them every month and ask for my refund. They should pay the dam loan until it is up and running. Next call is the attorney! I want the panels removed and my roof replaced at this point. Due to holes and leakage. This is straight up stress and abuse to their customers!!! Run fast my friend!! Do not use them!! M

The company itself is fine. They get the job done in a timely fashion. However, it is impossible to get a hold of their interconnections rep when it comes to questions about getting paperwork signed. In my case, I am trying to get my paperwork in to get my solar connected with my electric company and for over a week my emails have gone unanswered, the phone rings through to a full voicemail and I am told this person is the only one that can help me so I need to just keep calling and emailing until I get a response. Until then, my panels will just sit as decoration on my roof until someone from the company can get around to answer a question and finish the process.
