My wife came here to file our taxes. They had her sign the papers for me. Then charged us $516 for tax preparation and they couldn't make sure my checking account number was correct. Now I'm waiting for my check in the mail. Completely unsatisfied. $516 and you can't type the account number properly. The same taxes prepared last year was $72.
